You will work in collaboration with peers and stakeholders in the UK, Europe, North America and Worldwide to resolve issues related to data, systems, processes, governance, and training, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Key AccountabilitiesProcess Optimization:Analyse existing PTP processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives as the global process owner for the PTP process2. Data Management:Monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across the PTP lifecycleDevelop strategies to address recurring data quality issues and implement preventive measuresProvide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting3. System Enhancements:Partner with technology teams to identify system-related issues impacting PTP processesDefine requirements for system enhancements, testing new features, and ensuring successful implementationServe as a key liaison between end-users and technical teams for troubleshooting and resolving system-related challenges4. Governance:Establish and maintain PTP governance frameworks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsConduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks in the PTP processDocument and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) to relevant stakeholders5. Training and Development:Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees on PTP processes, systems, and governance practicesAct as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide ongoing guidance and support to PTP stakeholdersDevelop user-friendly materials such as manuals, guides, and FAQs6. Issue Resolution:Investigate and resolve PTP-related issues promptly, minimizing disruption to operationsMaintain a structured log of recurring issues and implement root-cause analysis to prevent future occurrencesProvide timely updates to stakeholders on issue resolution progressAddress and resolve parked and blocked invoices efficiently by collaborating with relevant teams7. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and IT teams, to address PTP challengesLiaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors and service providers, to ensure smooth invoice processing and issue resolutionKnowledgeDomain knowledge across Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing and Accounts PayableChange, transformation and project management techniquesBusiness improvement methodologies and techniquesBusiness and functional understanding of Enterprise ERP systemsSkillsProficiency in ERP systems (e.g. IFS, SAP, Oracle) and PTP tools (e.g. invoice automation platforms)Strong analytical and data visualization skills; familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageousAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsHigh adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentExperienceExtensive experience in a PTP or related function within a multinational organizationProven track record of driving process improvements and managing complex projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
