📝 Role Overview:
We are seeking Procurement Administrator within Procurement organization with individual administrative tasks, helping the business organizations with different requests and requirements.
The position is suitable even for beginners in the field. The team is experienced and based in Prague, so they will gladly teach and show you everything you need to know.
Main part of activities are related to Procure2Pay process (PR/PO, invoicing), contract administration and vendor administration.
We are looking for someone for a 80%-100% full-time position.

🚀 You’ll spend time on the following:
Procure2Pay administration (creation of new PRs/POs, updates, assisting business users with various inquiries, invoicing escalation)
Contract Administration - COUPA contract maintenance, preparation of the reports and operating the new contract (and other document) workflow including eSignature arrangement
Corporate travel support - supporting the business users with Corporate travel in sense of requests and PCard
Payment Card support (PCARD) - handling the PCARDs based on different requirements (new, cancel, fraud)
Reporting and analytical support for Procurement department (5 people) mainly
Coupa admin support - different range of admin activities (including the user management, workflow and approvals chain maintenance)
✏️ We’re excited about you if you have:
Standard collaboration tools knowledge (Mail, Excel, Word > Gsuite)
English proficiency at least at B2 level
Experience in administrative work (1 year of experience in a different position is sufficient)
Analytical thinking, the ability to think through and anticipate things."
Customer-oriented approach, pleasant communication and teamwork collaboration with colleagues.
