Procurement Administrator

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for effectively and efficiently administering and coordinating activities and communications with all collaborators involved in various activities within Project Procurement.  Must be able to assist in smooth functioning and on time delivery of all assigned tasks. Able to take ownership of procurement administrator activities within Procurement Function and maintain all databases as necessary

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Responsible for Process of part setup in Oracle. Measurement Solutions products (Components and Buyouts) To meet monthly target (90%) of part setup completed requests with valid LRC’s in SharePoint. To work collaboratively with multiple collaborators (Finance | Compliance | Manufacturing | Pricing teams) etc. Coordinates effectively with teams to ensure deliverables. Adhere to timely part setup in system by maintaining specified Turn Around Time (TAT) for Components Item wise understanding as per requirement and criticality. Adhere to timely part setup in system by maintaining specified Turn Around Time (TAT) for Buyouts and Manifolds. To address part setup related issues raised by various collaborators Taking initiatives on improving part health of the active Items in system with correct attributes. Demonstrates similar or associated duties when assigned, or as they arise, while performing regular Part setup responsibilities. To work proactively on enhancing Part Setup process by reducing TAT with maintaining quality of work. To understand blocking issues and urgent matters related to the part setups with minimal customer concerns. To Analyse quotes from Suppliers (Internal and External). Help minimize delays by working promptly and precisely on the part setup requests. Flow business PO release and follow ups for on time delivery CVDH request's for Flow business  Some additional supply chain related activities will be added on Ad hoc basis.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in Procurement / Supply Chain , experience in tactical procurement is preferred Preferred Qualifications - B.Com / M.Com / BCA / MCA Technical Skills: Competent Procurement administrator  Ability to understand and work on various tools like Oracle. Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint , Power Query , Power BI etc Automation tool experience or implementation experience will be advantageous P2P / Accounts Payable / Supply Chain exposure

Soft Skills: Good interpersonal skills & inclusive nature Outstanding collaborator Proven ability to work in multicultural virtual environment and lead/coordinate activities for offices located throughout the world Analytical approach : Problem solving , Root cause analysis & Risk analysis Methodical approach to work Excellent professional written and verbal English communication skills  Excellent sense of urgency, working with deadlines
