Job Description:
As a Procurement Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting global sourcing strategies, negotiating agreements, documenting purchase contracts, and engaging with suppliers to monitor and enhance performance. You will be responsible for selecting suppliers for RFQs and purchase orders, documenting procurement decisions, analyzing supplier bids, and presenting data to peers and leaders in a concise and professional manner. Additionally, you will create contract correspondence, administer contract changes, ensure compliance with all relevant client procedures and contract requirements, and integrate activities with internal and external customers and suppliers to fulfill contract requirements and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support global sourcing strategies and negotiate agreements.
- Document purchase contracts and other agreements.
- Monitor and engage with suppliers on performance and improvement opportunities.
- Select suppliers for RFQs and purchase orders.
- Document procurement decisions and analyze supplier bids.
- Extract and present pertinent data to peers and leaders.
- Create contract correspondence and administer contract changes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant client procedures and contract requirements.
- Integrate activities with internal and external customers and suppliers to fulfill contract requirements and reconcile issues.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of procurement experience in a corporate setting.
- BS/BA in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong presentation, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Highly professional, organized, and trustworthy team player.
