Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implemented Partner to Win and Design to Value methodologies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on procurement improvement.Lead cross-functional teams and Agile squads to execute high-impact procurement projects, driving negotiation strategy and contract management.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess program effectiveness and implement emerging technologies, including AI and mobile apps.Champion agile methodologies within procurement, facilitating sprint planning and driving accountability through agile ceremonies.Lead change management initiatives, fostering adoption of transformative procurement practices and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Drove continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge-sharing, and post-implementation reviews to refine future strategies.Provide strategic leadership and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance work environment.​Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while developing detailed plans for effective execution of procurement initiatives.



About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;• Proven experience (10+ years) in a transformation role• Experience (5+) years in a Procurement role• Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting experience required• Strong understanding of procurement regulations, industry trends, and best practices.• Deep understanding of advanced Procurement methodologies, including but not limited to ZBB, DTV, Negotiation Excellence• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.• Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities• Ability to manage cross-cultural teams remotely, with direct reports operating internationally
