Job Responsibilities:

Process PR to PO based on following ruling: Maintain average processing time of 7 days for the regular PR and 3 days for the confirming PR, no delays. 3% error, no rejection, issues and concern on PO. PR with issues and concern - PR/s with Price valuation, specification, and offer verification issue must be rejecEducted / returned after 3 days if no response from end- user Negotiate with accredited vendors in buying materials in order to maximize cost efficiency and savings. Manages and execute PR to PO conversion/creation of the area assignment and other areas’ requirement Analyses and provides recommendation on deviations for assigned requisitions and raised the issue if necessary Daily report on EPR and auto PO, coordinate with end-user, raise issues if necessary and ensure resolution Responses to email and call queries, provides recommendation and ensure resolution within 2 days Coordinates with vendor with regards to delivery status and scheduled delivery. Monitor PO delivery to ensure that the order is Delivered at Place (DAP), inform vendor on delays or non-deliveries and follow-up on completion of delivery; support warehouse in goods receipt and issuance. Monitor open PO’s, expedite and close out when they are complete. Generate monthly reports for submission to Supply Chain-Source for analysis and reporting to management. (e.g. Delivery Monitoring, Confirming PO Report, Issues and Resolution and PR to PO Monitoring etc.) Work with area warehouses, proponent, operational sourcing, and AP team for the immediate settlement of issues relating to outstanding purchase order. Communicate with vendors/suppliers for PO notifications, queries, follow-ups and scheduling of meetings. Ensure full compliance to Process and Control Standards (PCS), external and internal audits; maintain the highest ethical and integrity standards in all internal and external dealings and relationship. Secure and protect company assets assigned for confidentiality, integrity and availability. Maintain a secure working environment for customers, subordinates and employees by establishing and cascading security policies and procedures Ensure that critical hazards are identified and the associated risks are controlled effectively.
