Job Purpose :
The Procurement Analyst is responsible for ensuring supply fulfillment to the build plan.
This role requires at least 5 years of procurement work experience with proven track record in product compliance, full kits assessment, supplier management, purchase order management and risk mitigation.
He/She must be able to immediately execute an end supply position assessment including sourced parts, partial assemblies, capacity to repair, trend of reclaim yield, supplier commits and various scenarios inadvertently affecting delivery and quality.
Prior work experience in the mobile industry and ability to process transactions in Microsoft DAX will be a definite advantage.
Key Accountabilities :
Product Compliance – Possess a high-level understanding of product compliance applicable to all internal and external processes.Full Kits Assessment – Strong ability to consolidate data and relevant information such as yield, wastage, reclaim rates, capacity, ramp plan to fully assess supply position and confidently recommend a supply commit.Supplier Management – Drive supplier/s to support all the business requirements to achieve delivery, cost, quality and service level agreements. The analyst must also demonstrate technical and commercial abilities to drive improvements that would be mutually beneficial for both parties.Purchase Order Management – Manage all supplier information and accurately translate these to purchase orders in a very timely and organized manner.Be able to immediately support other procurement functions and customer management
