**Procurement Analyst**
**Location:** Hybrid (Mexico City, Lomas de Chapultepec)
**Job Description:** As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, managing procurement systems, and supporting the procurement team in optimizing processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement activities, leveraging advanced analytical tools and methodologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
+ System Management: Manage and maintain procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
+ Reporting: Develop and generate reports using Excel and Power BI to provide insights into procurement performance.
+ Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate supplier performance and assist in supplier selection and contract negotiations.
+ Process Improvement: Support initiatives to improve procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement team and other departments to align procurement activities with business goals.
+ Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements:**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
+ Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency with procurement systems, Excel, and Power BI.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
+ Communication Skills: Advanced English proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Hybrid Position: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site work.
