Competent in the use of Microsoft Office package. Experience in Microsoft Project. Spanish/English required – Portuguese plus. **Responsibilities** : In charge of the negotiation and contracting process of Fixed Price-Small Jobs-Large Projects related suppliers. Preparation of purchase orders to suppliers. Preparation of contracts for suppliers. Preparation of savings reports for internal and client reports. Preparation of supplier diversity report.
