This role will be a key member of a growing Strategic Sourcing and Real Estate organization. Strategic thinking and strong analytic, reporting and communication skills will be necessary to design and deliver a reporting and analytics function that both informs management and drives strategic decisions. Build strong data capabilities that could be used for procurement and real estate decisionsPrepare and present business cases that would be submitted to BR leadership for approvalDevelop financial models that forecast business outcomesMeasure financial risk associated with investment decisionsCreate alternative reports and scorecards that measure productivity, efficiency, savings, and complianceOwn the reporting and analytics function for real estate capacity and all global leases and buy-side contractingStudy industry-specific business trends and research data to support decision making processAdministrator of the contracting and leasing systems, responsible for key processes, controls, reporting and analysis.Evaluate historical and current leases, contracts, and other data to understand key trendsWork together with legal, real-estate, purchasing, strategic sourcing, and third-party risk management and all Business and functional teamsLeverages Oracle procurement platform to support strong controlsParticipates in special infrastructure-building projects, as neededReview and educate end users on Policy requirementsSupports department training and development program initiativesDevelops strong relationships with all key stakeholdersRequired Skills & Experience
Strong quantitative skills, with proven financial modeling skillsProficiency in spreadsheets, and working with databases, software/cloud applicationsExcellent reporting, presenting and communication skillsUnderstanding of generally accepted accounting principles, is a plusLease and Contract management knowledge and experience and understanding is requiredExperience with managing CLM systems, specifically Icertis is a plusInnovative and analytic thinker, with expert problem-solving skillsStrong team player, with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.Project management experience is a plusHighest level of ethics and integrityMinimum Educational Level
BA/BS or equivalent degree in finance, accounting, supply chain or other business field (Also, Systems, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics) MBA is a plusMinimum Experience
3-5 plus years’ experience in financial analysis, preferably in a contracting, procurement or, legal related function#LI-CS2
