This position ensures smooth procurement processes, from purchase order creation to supplier management, while maintaining accurate records and cost analysis data.
The Impact you’ll makeProcurement Documentation\nCreate and process purchase orders\nManage supplier documentation and contracts\nOrganize quotations, specifications, and COAs\nUpload and categorize supplier documents to cloud systems\nData & Analysis\nConduct basic cost analysis reports\nEstimate demand quantities\nTrack supplier performance metrics\nMaintain procurement databases with high accuracy\nContract & Supplier Management\nPrepare contract summaries\nTrack supplier documentation\nMonitor pricing trends\nManage approval processes\nAdministrative Support\nSchedule procurement team meetings\nMaintain organized filing systems\nSupport the creation of procurement reports\nFollow SOPs for purchasing processes\n
