Role Definition:

Function: SourcingJob Scope includes:Assume line management responsibility for a team of typically 8- 10

members who provide Support to Sourcing & Logistics Operations team within globally.

The Job Involves:

Providing Reporting and Analytics support for the internal as well as Global Operations requirements.Significant interaction with internal as well as external clients to create a world class organization.Provide Subject Matter Support on Sourcing Domain to Reporting Specialists to maximize the effectiveness / efficiency of the process.Work Closely with internal as well as external stake holders to provide Required Reports.Serve as the first escalation point (both as people manager & SME) within the team and for S&L and ClientsWork closely with the Operations Team to improve the efficiency / quality of the workManagement & Development of the individuals on the team, including performance & career management.

Skill Sets/Experience:

Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills Overall atleast 5 Yrs of experience in Sourcing & Procurement domain, with at least 2 Years in People Management/Leadership Experience in MIS tools and tasks Experience in Sourcing & Procurement Domain Leadership & Problem Solving Skills Proven skills in leading and coaching people and organizations Effective in leading and managing change Experience in working in an international framework Sourcing / Procurement Experience / knowledge Customer and client service orientation Experience in handling multiple processes Subject matter expertise and ability to develop front line resources in the work being managed. Ability to understand contracts and contract language Good Excel / Power Point / Word skills Good Multitasking , prioritization, time management skills Ability to work independently in complex, challenging, stressful environment
