As a Tolling Administrator here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for administration and processing tolling transactions for our outside manufacturing activities. Your role will involve coordinating with tolling suppliers, ensuring compliance with requested and committed schedules, and reporting current and future tolling activity for efficient and accurate toll manufacturing. You will report directly to our ISC Director and you'll work out of our [City, State] on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of tolling suppliers, maximizing schedule visibility, and providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive updates to our SAP system . Your expertise SAP and Excel and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate tolling records and resolving any issues that may arise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Coordinate with tolling suppliers to ensure compliance with schedules and requirements.
•Oversee the operation and accuracy SAP and communications to business team members.
•Monitor tolling transactions and records for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tolling enhancements and improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE
•3+ years of advanced experience in SAP MM and Excel software operations, inclusive of pivot tables and lookup functions.
•Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
•Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•Action orientation that works to solve issues, clear sense of “whatever it takes” to accomplish needed activities.

•Previous administrative experience in Business Administration or a related field.
•Experience (advanced or expert) level with SAP MM and Microsoft Excel software.
•Ability to analyze data and generate insights for process improvements.
