Responsibilities The Procurement Compliance Manager is an individual contributor responsible for monitoring procurement compliance, ensuring adherence to Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of procurement processes. This role focuses on staying current with emerging regulatory changes (e.g., FAR/DFARS and other supplements), maintaining Arcfield’s purchasing system policies and related procedures templates and forms, and providing guidance and training on CPSR compliance requirements. This role monitors procurement activities, ensures the organization adheres to relevant regulatory and contractual obligations, and provides ongoing support to internal teams through policy updates, audit support, and training. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Responsible for monitoring procurement compliance, ensuring adherence to Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of procurement processes Stay current on emerging regulatory changes (e.g., FAR/DFARS and other supplements), communicate updates and their impact on procurement processes to senior leadership including recommended changes to internal policy and process to ensure adherence and update procurement policies and procedures as required. Maintain purchasing system policies and related procedures templates and forms, and providing guidance and training on CPSR compliance requirements Conduct regular internal reviews and assessments of procurement documentation to ensure compliance with established policies and legal requirements. Triage current state supply chain functions to find areas of improvement, and develop efficiencies to build a more effective and streamlined future state process Ensure procurement records, agreements, and supporting documentation are audit-ready, complete, and accessible for review. Assist in preparing and submitting audit reports, providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. Collaborate with Supply Chain personnel to implement corrective actions identified through audit findings and ensure timely resolution of non-compliance issues. Act as a resource for staff regarding procurement compliance Qualifications 8-10 years of professional full-time experience with Bachelor's degree; or 6-8 years of professional full-time experience with Master's degree. Experience and knowledge of Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR), Procurement Policies and Purchasing Systems Experience in procurement compliance and policy management. A thorough knowledge of Subcontract Management and Procurement concepts; and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) Knowledge and experience with Deltek Costpoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to conduct training and deliver effective guidance.
