Pay Rate: $26 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Procurement Contact Centre Analyst for an initial 6-month contract. This role is hybrid with 2 days a week in office in Toronto.

Responsibilities Include:

Receiving and actioning requests from ServiceNow to make changes to process Perform and complete system tasks as needed. Supplemental help to other team accountabilities as required

Qualifications:

MS Office knowledge (including Excel) Technical aptitude (comfort in working with applications and platforms and able to understand how they work) Desire to learn/fast learner Completion of post-secondary education Nice to Have Skills: Customer service/support experience FI experience Coupa experience
