Procurement Data Analyst

What role will you play

Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect and analyze dataIdentify and work with internal teams to pursue opportunities to reduce environmental parameters with suppliersSupport administration of supplier assessments, scorecards, and other analytics to manage supplier performanceSupport environmental, social and governance initiatives within Cadence’s supply chain to further our goals and net zero targetsImplement data integrity measures and support internal stakeholders with master data changes and master data change management across systemsHelp creating and tracking supplier implementation/improvement plans, actions, etc.Coordinate with large working groups, such as coordinating events or speakers, or facilitating meetings or activities, issuing communications to stakeholder groups, etc.
 

What you need to have

Must have strong analytical skills.Must possess strong oral and written communications skills.Ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences through presenting, deck development, or report writingMust work well in a team-oriented environment, as well as independentlyAbility to handle complexity and demands with a sense of urgency, drive and passionStrong stakeholder management skills including liaising with colleagues at many levelsWillingness to observe, learn and develop the necessary skills to perform at a high level.
 

Ways to stand out from the crowd

Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or Qlik, and dashboard development a big plusProject and/or program management skills is a big plusUnderstanding of procurement processes and analytical software is a plusAny prior experience managing environmental, social and governance initiatives is a big plus

Location

Open to remote candidates within the US for the optimal candidate

The annual salary range for California is $85,400 to $158,600. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
