At the Procurement Manila Hub, we oversee end-to-end process, spanning from Sourcing and Procurement to Accounts Payable. Our integrated functions include the Contact Center Team, Vendor Master Data, Global Key Users, and Travel & Expense Support. With over 200 employees across multiple legal entities, we operate with various tools and ERPs, including Concur, Oracle, Ariba and SAP.
Your role:
Data Analytics & Reporting - you will be responsible for data acquisition, cleaning, and report development. Your role includes ensuring the timely delivery of the Procurement Team reports and analyses within the group. You will souce data from various tools and, at times, collaborate with different stakeholders. Continuous improvement - your role centers on supporting opportunities for enhanced processes, efficiencies, and quality within the organization. You will employ data analysis to drive improvement initiatives. Audit Support - you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating audit activities within the organization, preparing documentation and evidence, and acting as a liaison between the audit team and internal stakeholders.KPI Reporting Specialist - your responsibilities include defining and tracking relevant KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, creating clear and visually compelling reports, and delivering actionable insights to support informed decision-making. You play a critical role in providing a data-driven foundation for the organization, enabling it to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic goals with precision and clarity.Other Scope - Flexibility to adapt and potentially take on evolving responsibilities as the company undergoes a transitional phase, with opportunities for growth and development in the Data Analytics landscape.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, StatisticsAt least 2-3 years of experience in mining data as a data analystProven analytical skills, including mining, evaluation and visualisationTechnical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports and presentations.Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics toolExperience with database and model design and segmentation techniquesStrong programming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, and ETLPractical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages, including Excel, SPSS, and SASProven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
