What You'll Do:

Demonstrates thorough understanding of Procurement and Supply Management processes, SOX compliance framework and financial acumen in P2P area.

Ensures procurement process controls and compliance aspects are incorporated in the process SOPs and Policy documentation.

Develop and document an effective plan/strategy for each assigned audit engagement.

Prepare written reports on assigned engagements that set forth results and make recommendations in an accurate, objective, concise, and constructive manner.

Audit the development and implementation of procurement rules, procedures, requirements, and best practices.

Work collaboratively and effectively with Internal and external audit teams.

Support and deliver P2P compliance training programs across the organization.

Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, in large or small groups to present ideas, findings, gain alignment, resolve issues, and drive change management.

Gather metric information for use in continuous improvement of areas of responsibility and report to management, as needed.

Monitor operational performance KPIs and steward continuous improvement through automation, data reporting and visibility and analytics.

Provide suggestions w.r.t. improvements in guidelines / risk processes to mitigate exceptions / improve existing processes and align it with stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

5+ years proven experience in Audit, Procurement process and

Familiarity of international best practices in procurement procedures, project administration, contract procedures and project follow-up and on compliance framework.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Excellent Oral and written fluency in English required.

Detail-oriented, Possess conflict management skills.

Good Understanding of purchasing policies, procedures, practices, financial analysis with Procure-to-pay (P2P) digital platforms like Coupa, NetSuite.

Must have knowledge and experience of Tableau and SQL.

Excellent MS Office (Excel & Word), Outlook skills.

Ability to handle global stakeholders.

Graduates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Work Location; Pune, IND

Shift Time: 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST
