Position Summary The Procurement Enablement Associate Manager, Tiger Team will drive procurement excellence and support the organization's strategic objectives while developing a tiger team with internal consulting capability within our Enablement Team to focus on two key areas, strategic sourcing and supply risk acting as a subject matter expert on eSourcing strategies and supplier risk assessments. Responsibilities + Lead and manage strategic sourcing activities using the Ariba platform + Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency + Conduct supplier negotiations and manage supplier relationships + Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices + Manage and maintain sourcing dashboarding metrics + Train and support procurement team members on strategic sourcing and the Ariba platform + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Ariba platform + Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies + Monitor and report on supply risk metrics and performance + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity + Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks + Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and supply risk management + Utilize data to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes What we are looking for + Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of procurement experience with strategic sourcing and risk management focus + Experience in eSourcing online auctions + Strong data analytical skills + Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Ariba for sourcing activities + Proven project and time management skills + Experience in category management, planning, sourcing What we prefer + Experience in a global procurement environment + Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards + Experience in line management, manufacturing Come join us! Total Rewards Package The salary range for this position is USD $87,000.00/Yr. - USD $120,000.00/Yr. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
