Job DescriptionWe are currently in search of a Procurement Expert to support Warehouse 3PL area to ensure the best possible procurement deals by executing centrally led procurement activities from initiation to bid evaluation, supplier selection and contract finalization in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

The main responsibilities within the role are:
Execute centrally led procurement activities for Warehouse categories (e.g. 3PL, Lease) from initiation to bid evaluation, supplier selection and contract finalization in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Collaborate with Category Managers and regional commercial teams to identify and implement the most optimal procurement, negotiation and commercial strategy per category. Ensure that key stakeholders are involved in the procurement process to define goals & strategy, business needs, risks, also assessing suppliers, evaluating offers and enabling decision making. Ensure that market analysis, benchmarking and due diligence are part of the procurement process and secure follow-up on the outcome of procurement process over time. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Define needs and utilize procurement systems and tools to streamline processes, maintaining accurate records and improving benchmarking and transparency. Act as logistics center of excellence for procurement, continuously developing toolsets, templates and trainings to strengthen knowledge level and skills within the organization. Support regions and global logistics teams in negotiations upon request or according to agreed thresholds. Actively stay up-to-date on global logistics end-to-end operational status, KPIs, issues and risks. Identify sustainability opportunities and challenges from a social, economic and environmental perspective. QualificationsWe are looking for you, who have:
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, Legal or Tech. Strategic mindset and deep expertise and proven experience in procurement, Contract and Vendor Management for Logistics related 3PL services and processes. Deep expertise and proven experience in negotiation for Logistics related services and processes, also providing good understanding of global standards and local legislations. Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to conduct spend analysis and opportunity assessment. Understanding of different pricing models and contract structures. Good ability to collaborate, interact and navigate with central, regional and local teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally, with all levels of seniority. Strong understanding of logistics supplier requirements as well as compliance-, sustainability- and performance criteria’s. Strong analytical and financial knowledge, consistently focusing on driving customer value and improving profitability to generate business value. The role involves frequent communication with international suppliers and colleagues, requiring strong English language skills. Additional InformationThis is a full-time permanent position at our Head Office in Stockholm or in Borås, starting as soon as possible.
