Procurement Expert (m/f/d)

We are looking for a procurement expert to join our global sourcing & procurement organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling sourcing activities in the IT area, ensuring alignment with the headquarters organization. You will have a strong understanding of the Source-to-Contract (SAP Ariba) and Procure-to-Pay (SAP MM) processes, and will oversee the operational procurement activities both near and offshore. As the point of contact for internal customers, you will handle escalations and interface with other purchasing areas in Allianz.

 

What you do

Manage and control sourcing activities in the area of IT in alignment with the headquarter organization. Following of the Source- to-Contract (SAP Ariba) as well as the Procure-to-Pay process (SAP MM): good knowledge about the entire process and steering the service provider for operational procurement in near and offshore Point of contact for internal customer, escalation and interface to other purchasing areas in Allianz Conclusion of local contracts to signature with best in class solutions Ensure policies, governance compliance and risk management Support internal and external audits

 

What you bring

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Procurement (tactical/strategical) Experience in SAP Ariba and SAP MM as well as related procurement processes Knowledge within ServiceNow as a plus Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently Ability to communicate and present in a convincing and structured way Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different stakeholders on all hierarchical levels and build trusted relationships Fluency in English, both written and spoken
