Procurement Functional Analyst
**CTG is seeking to fill a Procurement Functional Analyst opening for our client in Grand Rapids, MI.** **Location:** Remote with occasional on-site travel 1–2 times per month; travel will be reimbursed **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Participate in full S/4HANA lifecycle project deployment across all phases: Explore, Realize Build, Realize Test, and Deployment + Provide functional expertise in Procurement, particularly Direct Procurement and Intercompany processing + Write detailed functional specifications and support ABAP developers throughout development cycles + Perform unit and integration testing, especially in integration with Production Planning and Order to Cash processes + Support Make to Order (MTO) business processes and complex supplier logistics including plant-to-plant movements + Conduct MM configuration for core Procure-to-Pay functionalities including PR/PO, Goods Receipt, Subcontracting, and Vendor Managed Inventory + Integrate with third-party platforms such as Coupa + Utilize S/4HANA innovations including BRF+ for PO Output, Analytical Reporting, Flexible Workflow, Supplier Evaluation, and Purchasing Rebates **Skills:** + Strong hands-on SAP MM configuration skills + Expertise in functional design, process analysis, and cross-functional integration + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to document and explain complex functional processes clearly **Experience:** + Over 10 years of consulting experience in Procurement processes + Experience with S/4HANA deployments + Previous involvement with Make to Order manufacturing environments + Familiarity with advanced supplier logistics and intercompany movement scenarios + Integration experience with third-party procurement tools such as Coupa **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
