We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join Philips market procurement team. The Procurement Intern will play a role in supporting the procurement quoting process, dealer project price validation, contract signature process, PLA projects, data analysis, vendor management and other procurement-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain practical experience in the field of procurement and supply chain management.

您的职责是Your responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation, including data analysis & collecting, supplier contracts signature.Support procurement team in price validation for 3rd party product of dealer projectsSupport quoting & data collecting for PLA related projects.Assist in the tracking and analysis of procurement data.Support the procurement team in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned.

Available to work 3-5 days per week, with a minimum internship duration of 3 months.Pro-active & take ownership for each assignment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software (Eg, SAP, Ariba) a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
