BODYARMOR is looking for a Procurement Intern to join our team.
As a BODYARMOR Procurement Intern you will be responsible for supporting categories and projects related to strategic sourcing for direct materials. Reporting into the Sr. Category Manager, this individual will drive category and spend management tasks across key categories in Co-Manufacturing, Packaging, and/or Ingredients to support BODYARMOR’s brand growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with Category Managers and BODYARMOR Operations Team to reduce cost and improve sourcing value from key suppliersDevelop and conduct key analyses, such as cost modeling, risk assessments, market analysis, and benchmarking to reduce overall costsPerform ‘Request for Proposal’ activities to evaluate supplier proposals and recommend best options based on cost effectiveness and technical capabilitiesManage key cost reduction projects internally and externally as assigned while negotiating with external vendors as required to execute key savings projectsScope, build, and implement processes related to supplier performance and operationsSuccessfully complete the BODYARMOR Intern Program including weekly intern driven meetings, final project presentation, weekly workshop and more. Support additional ad hoc projects as requestedREQUIREMENTS:
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university required, on track to graduate no sooner than December 2025.Strong analysis, creative thinking, planning, organizing and problem-solving skillsPassion for understanding cost effective solutions and supply chain efficiencyBasic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)Strong attention to detail. Self-starter. Team player.Ability to adjust on the fly and thrive in an ever-changing environmentAbility to travel (~10% of time) by plane or carMonthly Compensation
$3,400-$6,700 dependent on job and degree type
