What You'll Do:
As a Procurement Intern, you will be responsible for developing and interpreting analytical reports using tools like SAP, Excel and Power BI. You will also support cross-functional sourcing initiatives, identify cost savings opportunities, and work with different departments to complete tasks. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with global colleagues, learn about work world cultures, utilize project management skills, and contribute to operational excellence by tracking and reporting key processes and metrics. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.
What We're Looking For:
Develop and interpret analytical reports using SAP, BOBJ, Excel, Power BI and other internal tools Support cross-functional and cross-organizational sourcing initiatives and strategies Assist in identifying potential areas for cost savings and vendor harmonization Improve Operational Excellence by tracking and reporting key processes and metrics to management Work with departments outside of Procurement such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics to complete cross-functional tasks Run analyses to check compliance for key Procurement policies and procedures Partner with global colleagues to standardize global practices and run various analyses (One Lubrizol approach) Opportunity to work with Indirect Procurement Hi to develop data, execute, and manage sourcing events in SAP Ariba Utilize project management skills to execute multiple project tasks simultaneously

Skills That Make a Difference:
This internship spans May 2025 - May 2026. Must be able to work full-time onsite (40 hours per week) during the summer of 2025 and part-time hybrid or remote (10-20 hours per week) during the fall 2025 and spring 2026 semesters Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date on or after spring 2026 We are considering the following majors: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Math/Statistics, and some Technical majors Student with a GPA at or above 3.0 will be given priority consideration Able to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail Capable of working on projects in both team and independent environments, with internal and external global stakeholders Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and imperfect data.Perks and Rewards That Inspire:
