Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
The Beauty and Wellbeing (B&W) Philippines Business Unit encompasses two primary categories: Skin Care and Hair Care. The primary responsibilities of the role include:
Business Partner
Serve as the primary contact for all procurement-related matters, aligning closely with the Business Unit's strategy and objectives. Communicate the needs of the Business Unit to procurement networks and ensure that procurement strategies and market dynamics are communicated to the Business Group (BG), Business Unit (BU), Research & Development (R&D), and Product Supply Group. Influence project delivery accordingly.
GM Improvement
A key objective of this role is to drive value creation to positively impact the gross margin (GM) of the category. Collaborate with Vice Presidents and Directors across cross-functional teams in the Business Group, Business Unit, R&D, Business Operations, and Marketing to achieve this goal.
Innovation
Lead the innovation initiatives within the Beauty and Wellbeing BU in the Philippines, ensuring seamless delivery of new products and solutions.
Raw Material Sourcing
Oversee the sourcing and operations of raw materials for the Beauty and Wellbeing BU in the Philippine market.
Collaborative Manufacturing
Manage the collaborative manufacturing procurement processes for Beauty and Wellbeing in the Philippines.
Strategic Projects
Lead strategic projects under the Procurement Lighthouse initiative, aimed at achieving groundbreaking improvements in procurement performance.
This role requires comprehensive knowledge of the business group and market, strong influencing and communication skills, and the ability to network effectively with various teams across Supply Chain (SC) and R&D departments located in different regions.

Own key business deliverables in terms of: Quality, Service, Cost Savings, cash, and be responsible for sourcing working closely with the business operations & portfolio procurement.Be directly responsible for all key projects and innovation interfacing with business group and business unit.Work closely with all team members to shape and ensure all KPIs well delivered.To shape the strategy with all internal and external stakeholder in driving business team together with portfolio to improve partnership, competitive buying and sustainable sourcing while increase agility in services to business.Build talent for not only procurement but also for supply chain competency.Shape up digital embedded in operation to increase efficiency and smart working output.Responsibilities

Drive consistency in sourcing process execution and quality of outputs / service level to business stakeholdersMaintain strong understanding of materials dynamics (current market, pricing, cost drivers, industry and supplier variables); communicate and share knowledge with Category and Sourcing ManagersBuild and foster strong business relationships at mid to executive-level to increase influence over total PI & IP spendDrive and deliver continuous process improvement and cost reductionEncourage and empower team members of the use of technology (e.g., Data, Analytics, Automation, Digitization) across the function.Own and achieve value creation and supplier targets established for the function.Create and implement a highly engaged, effective Procurement organization working across the globe.Oversee, Collaborate, Understand and Review:
Oversee Strategic Sourcing resources responsible for a wide portfolio of complex and/or critical Direct/Indirect innovation project.Monitor and report on progress towards achieving functional goals/target metrics; proactively address performance gaps or issues potentially impacting success as neededOversee management of executive-level business stakeholder relationships on an ongoing basis to ensure customer satisfaction across all categoriesOversee critical, executive-level Supplier Relationships and support Supplier Business Reviews for material and supply chain services partners.Oversee and advise on value generating projects based on complexity, resources, risk, time to implement, and estimated financial impact for Direct & Indirect categoriesOversee strategic sourcing projects for supplier selection/optimization to execute global procurement vision / strategyCoordinate, Supervise and Lead:Coordinate with Market Leadership team on execution of contracts, management of supplier performance and risk and spend dataSupervise and coach team members to drive continuous improvement of performance and further growth/development of individual skill sets and knowledgeLead discussions with critical suppliers around long-term objectives and strategies, ongoing market trends, innovation and technology advances, and potential investment decisions.Direct Reports
