Role and Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the procurement processes align with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving cost efficiencies and enhancing our procurement capabilities across the organization.

You will be responsible for:-

Leading communication and maintaining relationships with key suppliers 
and bilateral partners for our Messaging Business Unit. Researching, vetting and onboarding new suppliers 
for Sinch’s Messaging Business Unit.  Conducting market research to identify trends and new suppliers Build and execute agreements with Messaging partners to drive 
business growth. Introduce focus on bilateral and barter business 
deals. Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements to enhance service and cost-effectiveness Own Procurement annual targets and provide timely reports to 
track OKRs. Work closely with Sales & Pricing team in order to meet customers’
requirements. Source suppliers and pricing needed to win new business or retain 
existing business. Coordinate response for incoming procurement requests from 
Sales / Routing Teams. Maintain A2P SMS Knowledge base, top competitor analysis that 
can be used by various internal teams. Drive improved revenue for Strategic customers by identifying 
opportunities where Sinch needs better Cost and/or Quality.

 Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. 3+ years experience in the messaging A2P / P2P industry. Experience in the EMEA / Latam market will be a plus Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in English is a must (Spanish and Portuguese is a plus).
