Seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing operations for Sauna360 in a strategic manner. This role ensures the right materials and services are procured at the right quality, cost, and timing to meet production and business objectives. You will lead all aspects of supplier relationships, secure advantageous agreements, and advocate for ethical sourcing practices. Beyond purchasing, you’ll play a key role in optimizing working capital, aligning inventory levels with business demand, and driving cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, ideally in a manufacturing or assembly environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Operations preferredProven track record in supplier negotiation, vendor management, and contract developmentStrong understanding of supply planning, inventory turnover, and working capital trade-offsExperience with ERP and procurement systems, with ability to generate and interpret spend and performance reportsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies a plusStrong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a procurement teamWHAT YOU’LL GET
