Procurement Manager

In order to reinforce our Supply Chain Team for our Charleroi’s plant, we are looking for a : Procurement Manager (m/f) 

 

 

Areas of responsibility

 

Raw material procurement Manage Charleroi raw material supplier base. Define and update forecasts Order raw material according to plant’s workload  and based on stock monitoring Optimize delivery plan for consignment items to control end-of-month stock values Work with quality dept. to monitor and manage suppliers non-conformities Stock & inventory management Schedule shop floor replenishments Carry out physical inventories of the machine point of use and analyze discrepancies Implementing and analyzing indicators for the value, rotation, obsolescence and depreciation of raw materials in stock in order to manage working capital Waste monitoring Participate actively in reconciliations of tonnages vs scrap movements with the Methods and Controlling departments and optimize requests for the removal of waste skips.

Qualification

Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. Bachelors with strong experience may also apply. Up to 5 years working experience, experience in industrial context is a plus. Ability and experience to work in a fast-paced international environment. Strong skills in Excel, and relevant experience working with SAP/ORTEMS. Good communication and co-operation skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Fluent in French and in English (Flemish is a plus)
