Procurement Manager

In this position you will be directly responsible for the purchasing activities and all aspects of vendor contracting within Procurement, including contract administration, vendor management, and Purchase Order management. You will directly contribute to our continued growth and success of the organization by performing key finance functions essential for management, the Board of Directors, auditors, and all users of Procurement services. 

The Purpose of Your Role

You will contribute to the overall success of the department by providing support to the Finance Team, and business owners throughout the company, performing assigned duties successfully to maintain deadlines, and collaborate across multiple departments to achieve a cohesive relationship with our vendors. In this role, you bring procurement expertise to the department, aiding in the fulfillment of the department and company goals and ensuring Liveops aligns procurement practices with the company’s financial and operational goals. 

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred 5+ years of related business experience in a Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting environment NetSuite and Concur experience highly preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong MS Excel experience Proven track record in contract negotiation, PO Management, and vendor relationship management Extensive understanding of procurement best practices, market analysis, and supplier risk management

Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies to optimize purchasing activities. Collaborate with contract owners in negotiating contracts and pricing terms to ensure best value for the organization, aligning with company needs and budget. Conduct supplier performance reviews, addressing issues related to pricing, delivery, and quality. Management of vendor and PO set up in NetSuite ERP and Concur systems. Monitor and report on procurement KPIs and performance metrics. Assist with internal and external audit requests. Coordinate with contract owners on renewals and contract management Support the FP&A team with budget analysis Ensure best-practice contracting and procurement standards are created, maintained, and enforced Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Identify and participate in the implementation of process improvements Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
