HUB CN/SEA Manager, LVS

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team to execute purchasing and logistics strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products. Each day, you will ensure execution in accordance with company and Procurement team instructions and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements. •\tLead CNILX LVS PL team to deliver PL KPIs including but not limited to, cost saving, cash improvement, fulfillment, supplier quality and sustainable supply chain•\tFollow global/regional PL guideline and procedure, and ensure compliance in all sourcing activities; Collaborate with global P&L team to have supply resource and strategy synergy •\tLead category team via category manager to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies in line with business priorities and category/supplier strategies, develop suppliers to meet current and future business requirements•\tResponsible for sourcing activities for both direct and indirect commodities & services; Responsible for data maintenance and process optimization; Support operation team to improve supply chain efficiency and achieve operation excellence. •\tSupport new product/component development in terms of supplier selection, cost control and project execution to achieve project target and business objectives. •\tCollaborate with technology, engineering and operation team to develop and implement cost out projects to improve business profitability •\tResponsible for supplier quality, manage supplier qualification and sustainability, continuously improve supplier quality performance and reduce cost of failure, to achieve supply chain sustainability objectives •\tPeople leadership and development, provide training and coaching to PL team

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or manufacturing related field and 5+ years managerial experience in operations or supply chain management in multinational companies\tPassionate and capable of challenging status quo and driving changes\tExperience in power transmission and distribution industry is preferred\tExcellent communication skills in a matrix organization\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing operation environment, ability to manage complex projects \tAbility to identify opportunities, develop strategy and implement innovative solutions.\tSelf-motivated, results driven, demonstrated leadership, and ability to take initiatives \tProficiency in offices, ERP and analytics is required\tFluent in English\tTravel is required
