**Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Procurement Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage and direct all procurement functions for small to medium-sized projects (domestic or international), ensuring efficient purchasing, expediting, supplier data control, supplier quality, and traffic coordination. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management. + Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and timelines. + Coordinate with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services. + Monitor procurement budgets, track spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities. + Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. + Cultivate and manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers. + Provide procurement status updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. + Mitigate risks related to procurement and supply chain disruptions. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + 15+ years of experience in procurement management for large-scale projects. + Expertise in supply chain optimization and vendor management. + Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Proven track record of managing procurement budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Experience in procurement for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects. + Knowledge of advanced procurement tools, software, and systems. + Ability to manage complex procurement strategies across multiple projects. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment. + Understanding of global supply chain management and risk mitigation strategies. **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Not Applicable/None Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
