In this role, you will be part of the IT Procurement team, which serves a vital role in the realization of strategic and operational goals, including our digitalization journey. We are responsible to ensure the most cost-efficient investment decisions, to secure the best quality solutions for Nokia IT at the best price, and to maximize the value of our supplier relations.
The IT Procurement Manager is responsible for procuring all IT work related to IT Applications including application development and application maintenance services.
Strong negotiation skills
Experienced in Contract Management and Negotiations; preferred in applications area.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
At least 5 years of Procurement experience in business and/or IT
Experience with procurement tools (especially ordering tools)
E2E responsibility for project orders in application development/application maintenance (ADM) area
Work together with Business Owners, Operational IT Units, Supplier Relationship Manager, and other stakeholders in IT Procurement
Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and approving Statement of Work (SOW)
Lead, negotiate, and enhance all commercial and key terms & conditions for frame agreements in the interest of Nokia
Execute RFP's in AD/AM area
Able to drive Ariba-based RFP's
Manage and suggest improvements to complex AM contracts, negotiate contract changes with AM suppliers.
Support service owners in understanding AM contracts
