The Country Procurement Manager is responsible to coordinate and supervise sourcing activities in close collaboration and alignment with local business operations. This includes driving the implementation of purchasing projects in the country as well as local supplier selection, negotiation, and management. You will oversee spend in category and relevant sub-categories. The main role is to influence regional supplier relationships and contracts, as well as develop and implement category procurement plans.

What you'll be looking for:
Covering procurement processes in Romania, Bulgaria & SerbiaNegotiation of supplier terms and conditions, optimization of quality and prices, contracting with selected external suppliers (mainly spare parts, PPE, operating leases, mobile operators, IT suppliers, etc.)Implementation of global plans and compliance with legislative processesWorking closely with service team managersAnd other activities resulting from the nature of the positionIdeal Skills, Education and Experience:
Proven experience with strategic procurement and the supply chain management is essentialCapability to work effectively and implement change in line with our business and front-line teamsAdapt at managing projects independently as well as working with other business functionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood negotiation skillsWillingness to travel on site and supplier visitsMicrosoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel experienceWe offer:
