**About the role:**
+ As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will also assist a client or department with the execution of sourcing and procurement strategies.
+ This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services, from vendors and suppliers.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Work with business stakeholders, operational shared services team members, and sponsors to coordinate, and execute strategy at local and regional levels.
+ Set and track deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
+ Lead and manage end-to-end RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and procurement best practices.
+ Develop, issue, and manage RFx documents, including scope of work, evaluation criteria, and timelines, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
+ Evaluate supplier responses using qualitative and quantitative analysis, and facilitate cross-functional evaluation teams to ensure objective and compliant selection processes.
+ Negotiate terms, pricing, and service levels with vendors based on RFx outcomes, ensuring optimal value and risk mitigation.
+ Maintain documentation and audit trails for all RFx activities in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Continuously improve RFx templates, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and supplier engagement.
+ Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.
+ Review the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and corporate management staff of changes or results.
+ Manage supplier and contractor certification process. Conduct periodic visits to supplier work locations to review vendor performance.
+ educate on outsourcing practices and the value of applying them.
+ Analyze account-wide facility management services spend, suppliers, operations, and statement of works to identify opportunities for value creation.
+ Assist with creating RTFs, selecting solutions, and negotiating. Prepare and maintain contracts with national and regional service providers. Ensure contracts adhere to company standards.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Deal with sensitive issues.
+ Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
**What you’ll need:**
+ “Experience procuring construction and construction project management services preferred.”
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
+ Proven experience managing complex RFx processes in a corporate or public sector environment.
+ Strong understanding of procurement regulations, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiation.
+ Proficiency with sourcing platforms and procurement systems
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through structured sourcing events.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Procurement Manager position is $85,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Procurement Manager position is $110,000.00 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
