Procurement Manager - Service Delivery

We currently have an opportunity for a Procurement Manager. Join our Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in the end-to-end procurement and management of Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) to support the successful delivery of a facilities management contract. This role ensures the effective sourcing, onboarding, and management of subcontractors, aligning procurement strategies with contract requirements and business objectives. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Oversee the procurement team, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure effective supplier management and procurement operations. Oversee the procurement process for SDPs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, policies, and regulations while maintaining a competitive and sustainable supplier base. Conduct market analysis of SDP trade groups to assess availability, capacity, and competitiveness, identifying gaps and opportunities for supplier engagement. Perform commercial analysis of price performance, evaluating cost-effectiveness and ensuring value-for-money procurement strategies. Lead SDP recruitment, tendering, onboarding, induction, allocation, and price negotiations, ensuring optimal contractor engagement across all service areas.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or auditing desirable. Certification in auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) highly desirable. Experience in procurement, contract management, and commercial analysis, ideally within a government or regulated contracting environment. Developed negotiation skills, with experience in managing subcontractor pricing, commercial terms, and escalation processes. Leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance within procurement teams.
