Jabil has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to support our customer onsite at their facility in Vallejo, CA.  This consultative role will provide purchasing insight and support the implementation of new client programs.

Must be able to work onsite daily in Vallejo, CA!

What will you do?

Responsible for managing the delivery of operations management engagementEnsure all client-agreed SLAs and KPIs are metExpert level understanding of procure-to-pay and supply chain operations processesManage programs comprising various operations processes like Req to PO, expediting, catalog implementation, contract administration, etcWide range of expertise on various P2P & supply chain toolsCreate SOPs, desktop procedures, and process maps under the guidance of the supervisorPresent monthly reports to clientsDrive QA programs independently and take corrective actionsInteract with cross-functional teams to resolve various supplier and stakeholder issues like order status, payment status, etcPrepare reports & dashboards to showcase operational metricsDrive continuous improvement programs to improve efficiency across the processManage mid to senior-level client stakeholders

How will you get here? 

Education: 

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field

Experience: 

10-15 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least 5 years of experience as a current or previous Jabil employee is highly preferredAbility to be consultative and influenceStrong communication skillsExpert-level skills in project management tools like MS Visio, PowerPoint, RPA, etc.Proficient in MS Office and SAP

The pay range for this role is $122,800 - $221,000. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.

As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth and resilient self.
