Fulltime Procurement Officer needed for an industrial company in Beaumont We are looking for an astute detailoriented organized procurement officer to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both costefficient high quality and comply with company standards Responsibilities include procuring high parts amp supplies evaluating suppliers products amp services negotiating contracts maintaining positive supplier relations evaluating supply options approving purchases and maintaining accurate records This position will also pick up and deliver parts amp supplies and candidate must be able to safely tie down loads Procurement officers should have an analytical mind and keep up with product and service trends Mechanical and DrillingDredging Equipment knowledge is a huge Plus This is a temptohire career position Business hours are Monday Friday am pm and the starting pay is to per hour DOE
