Coordinate to ensure the availability of goods and services according to purchasing procedures to support company operations. Collaborate with third parties for the procurement of goods and services in line with company standards, and conduct performance control and evaluation based on the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Coordinate with related departments for systematic inventory maintenance. Propose policies and procedures related to procurement activities as operational guidelines to ensure smooth processes. Analyze and recommend budget reports regularly related to OPEX and CAPEX costs and monitor procurement spending.
