**Your role and responsibilities**
Contract Operations
* Responsibilities:
* Ensure all procurement contracts adhere to legal and organizational standards.
* Monitor and evaluate compliance with contract terms and conditions.
* Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
* Provide training and guidance on contract compliance requirements.
* Manage and maintain contract documentation and records.
* Assist in the negotiation and review of contracts to ensure compliance.
* Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to resolve compliance issues.
* Track key contract milestones and renewals to ensure timely actions.
* Analyze data to identify potential compliance risks associated with contracts.
* Develop reports and dashboards to monitor contract performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance concerns.
* Implement improvements to enhance contract compliance processes.
- Purchase Requisition Coordinator
* Responsibilities:
* Initiate and manage purchase requisition requests within the organization.
* Ensure requests are complete and have necessary approvals.
* Serve as a point of contact between departments requesting purchases and procurement.
* Convert approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
* Confirm purchase order details with suppliers.
* Record and track purchase orders to ensure they are fulfilled.
* Communicate any adjustments or updates to relevant stakeholders.
* Accounting/Finance Liaison, Verify financial coding and budget availability for purchase requisitions.
* Collaborate with procurement to resolve any financial discrepancies.
* Ensure prompt payment processing upon confirmation of order fulfillment.
* Ensure prioritization and deliverables are timely throughout the engagement process.
* Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents.
* Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager.
* Ensure Customer and Stakeholders Satisfaction
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Proven experience in procurement
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Procurement domain
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in procurement software and tools such as ERP or SAP systems.
* Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
* Ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
* High level of integrity and professionalism.
* Experience in performing duties as Operations Buyer for Global Organizations
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
