Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst. Summary: In this role, the Procurement Operations Analyst will be joining the Strategic Sourcing team. Our team maximizes your return on supplier investments by delivering cost savings and operational efficiencies. We help mitigate risks, ensure compliance with procurement policies, oversee strategic suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and reduce the time to engage a supplier. In this role, you'll impact the team by supporting global projects and ensuring the delivery of procurement priorities, including contract extensions, renewals, risk reassessment, and vendor on-boarding/off-boarding activities.You'll collaborate with key business partners to understand the needs and strategically manage their spend and supplier relationships. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Workplace, and Legal Operations teams * Develop strong relationships with business partners * Track procurement processes and systems for stakeholders * Communicate and train stakeholders on procurement policies * Serving as the main point of contact through a single intake process * Managing a high volume of buying cases submitted from workplace and legal teams * Developing reports and dashboards to track buying ticket statuses * Identifying areas of opportunity to streamline processes, allowing teams to act quickly while protecting the company * Creating strategies based on industry trends and internal spend data to generate optimization opportunities * Supporting sourcing plans and supplier spend management strategies, managing complex sourcing projects and negotiations * Building partnerships across Workplace, Finance, Operations, HR, Privacy, and Legal teams * Maintaining accurate records and working with various groups to simplify processes * Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and resolving sourcing issues
