Your main responsibilities:

Customer and supplier planningCreate delivery plansOrder forecast, and sales planABC Classification of partsStandard stock keeping and optimize planning parameterManage bottleneck situation and supply concernsCustomer performance metricsSet-up of new customer and suppliers in our systemAnalyze and track key planning parameters and coordinate physical movement of material.To design and optimize the appropriate material supply chain and service level to the customer, coordinate information between Marketing, Sales and Supplying plants; incl. lead and support in customer and internal CIP projects.

Kwalifikacje

Qualification

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement planningUniversity degree in business economics, logistics, business informatics, or a related fieldFluent in written and spoken EnglishStrong analytical skills and excellent time managementAbility to work independently with international suppliersEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments and management levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience in building and maintaining international marketing, sales, and customer networksFamiliarity with planning processes and handling Big Data using Excel, Power BI, and similar toolsOrganized, self-driven, and customer-focused team player with a strong IT affinity
