The Procurement Process, tools & data specialist I is in charge to support the following different activities:
- Processes & trainings
- Tools, Data, and Supplier Data Management
It requires ability to work in a project team high quality level delivery for process, tools, data factory and supplier data management.
The main responsabilities and tasks of the Procurement Process, Tools and Data Specialist
For Process:
- Participate to the harmonization of the Procurement E2E Process across Thales Procurement
- Help individual procurement process owners in the writing of documents and guidelines
- Contribute to the update of the related referential in Chorus 2.0.
- Participate to processes implementation
- Participate to training plan, for the procurement community on Tools and Process
For Tools:
- Contribute to Eacq evolutions in accordance with users needs and data integrity
- Use Procurement BI to build the reporting, participate to procurement BI evolution if relevant
- Support the deployment of e-procurement tools in collaboration with the categories
- Bring support to procurement community in the usage of tools ,
For Data
- Warranty the quality of Data Factory
- Support Thales Compliance
- Contribute to tools specifications
- Generate standard reports for GBU, Segments, Regions, and produce reporting
- Ensure data integrity of the reporting (monthly dashboard, booklet,…)
- Warranty the process usage for data factory
Requirements:
