Procurement Project Management Specialist | Brno

As a Procurement Project Management Specialist, you will have a strong background in project management activities, including the end-to-end project management process in a fast paced, complex business environment. You will work within a team of collaborative colleagues, working on high-impact Component Engineering (CE)/Value Engineering (VE) projects that deliver savings on time. You will help your team deliver savings, meet deadlines, track, monitor and summarize progress of projects, and prepare reports for senior leadership regarding the status, risks and timeline of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, drive, and execute CEVE cost reduction projects in a cross functional environment, work with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing, OM to ensure project execution (meet deadlines) and deliver results.Initiatives of projects include supplier transfer to high growth region, supply base optimization, supply risk mitigation, value engineering changes, among others.This position is co responsible to build a solid pipeline of projects through new ideas development and strong cooperation with procurement organizations.Development solid business cases and execution of projects, productivity tracking until project is implemented.Perform risk management to identify and minimize issues in project execution.Establish relationship with stakeholders on the GBE, escalate project barriers and delays.Lead productivity workshops to increase pipeline of projects to close gap.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Project management qualification and a track record of delivering programs to plan.Experience working with electronic/mechanical engineering/manufacturing organization.Experience creating business cases and evaluating ROI.Technical qualification/background.Minimum 5+ Strategic Sourcing/Supply Chain areas/commodity sourcing.Experience working in global Team Environment.Project Management and/or Vendor Management Experience.Good decision-making; uses analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment in making sound decisions.Global Sourcing experience.Problem solving skill set.English Proficient.
