We are looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement & Replenishment Specialist to join our team in New Zealand.
The Procurement & Replenishment Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement process for local insurance orders, ensuring timely replenishment activities, and maintaining effective supplier relationships. This role will oversee the management of open orders, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and drive improvements in the S&OP process to streamline operations across departments. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for stock management, including reviewing target stock levels, managing lifecycle phases, and supporting the expansion of product lines like Instant Fit and Trial.
The position acts as the primary point of contact for insurance-related queries, working closely with internal teams such as Claims, Product Specialists, and Clinic Logistics, as well as external suppliers, to ensure operational efficiency and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
S&OP
Purchasing: Manage local insurance orders, oversee replenishment activities, raise purchase orders, and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers. Act as the main point of contact for insurance-related queries and ensure deliveries meet SLAs. Reporting: Lead the development of a new S&OP process, monitor open insurance orders, and provide regular insights on SLAs to stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with suppliers, claims team, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations. Clinic Stock Management: Review target stock levels, manage lifecycle phases, and oversee expansion for Instant Fit and Trial.About you:
At least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Working knowledge of the most advanced technology in Supply Chain management Awareness of Supply Chain latest trend and technology BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field Extensive Logistic and Distribution background Proven experience in purchasing, stakeholder management, and reporting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Ensure global tools are properly adopted, updated and brings the value expected to optimise service level and inventory.What’s in it for you?
