What you will do:

Learns and applies Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing process tools and skills to execute sourcing initiativesIdentifies, develops and implements savings projects and reporting to include pipeline development, project execution, and financial validation. Engages supplier organization and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and action plansAssembles contracts and implements supply positions to ensure security of supply and achievement of procurement goals. Works closely with legal counsel and suppliers to negotiate final terms & conditions. Evaluates and communicates contract coverage across top materials and suppliersWorks with the business to address questions & needs surrounding suppliers, markets, materials, and servicesEvaluates service levels and engages supplier contacts and internal stakeholders in development and execution of process improvement planInvestigates, develops and drives actions to remedy supply disruptions and constraints. Effectively communicates updates to internal stakeholdersLeads, manages, and communicates status of alternate supplier approval projects. Collaborates across RDE, supply chain, quality, and regulatory to ensure project milestones and action plans are metImplements procurement systems and process improvements to drive efficiency and effectivenessLeads the procurement engagement in new product introduction, approval, and setups. Assists in the integration of acquired companies as requiredManages processes critical to the efficient functioning of the procure-to-pay processEnsure assigned spend is fully documented, categorized and reproducible in the procurement system(s)Leads procurement work stream in quality problem resolution. Identifies, evaluates, recommends and implements quality improvements along with corrective actionsWorks with supply planning, plant network, or other appropriate functions to develop forecasts, Learns S&OP process

Basic Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s Degree3 years of professional experienceImmigration Sponsorship is not offered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related fieldDemonstrated history of leadershipDemonstrated skills in clear communication and good presentation skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
