Procurement Sourcing Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a Sourcing Associate with knowledge of software licensing programmes and renewals to assist with the procurement of goods and services using the most applicable and cost-effective purchasing methods, in line with Fujitsu’s procurement policies and guidelines.

Your role will involve obtaining supplier quotations and providing guidance to internal business requestors on the relevant purchasing processes and policies. As part of this you will be responsible for reviewing and managing RFQ’s, including verifying that the correct information is incorporated and clear specifications defined. Additionally, you will work alongside both the strategic (category and country) and operational procurement teams to deliver an effective quotation service that meets the requirements of the business, corporate governance and compliance.

 

Your Transferable Skills and Experience

Knowledge of sourcing processes and systems including Ariba and SAP

Knowledge of software licensing programmes and renewals e.g. Microsoft SPLA, Adobe, Vmware, Veeam, Citrix, McAfee Red Hat,

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, resolving issues through to completion

Customer service skills, able to build working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Team player but able to work independently and prioritize own workload
