Make It Matter.** In this role, you are the single point of contact for local leaders in a specific geographic or plant location. You manage the interactions between business stakeholders and sourcing teams and collaborate across the manufacturing, supply chain and the commercial business. You also manage the local implementation of regional and/or global projects. **How you will contribute** You will execute the daily procurement agenda by acting as the single point of contact for the procurement function at a site, in a country or country cluster, and will oversee the daily interaction with plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, sourcing teams and suppliers. Be the face of Procurement Project Management in-country leadership/ISC and other stakeholders. + Interactions between business stakeholders and sourcing teams and collaborate across the manufacturing, supply chain and the commercial business. + Manage the local implementation of regional and/or global projects. + Ensure compliance of the Procurement procedures and Policies. + Work closely with various departments to ensure the fulfillment of all required services and material within the scope of Indirect Materials. + Assist in projects implementation. + Act as first escalation point of projects implementation and drive resolution in line with regional and global Procurement Team. + Coordinate and participate in the execution of the project’s implementation plan. + Provide insights on local supplier market. + Support local supplier qualification assessment. + Establish clear protocols for contract creation, ensuring adherence to compliance, legal, and financial regulations. + Collaborate with service owners to define clear scopes, KPIs, and measurable deliverables in contracts, AFLs (Agreements for Lease), and SLAs (Service Level Agreements). + Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cost savings. **Education / Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering **Job specific requirements:** Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience **Work schedule: Full time.** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelēz International in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan serves the Middle East and Africa markets as well as Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Canada.
