Required Skills :-

At least 2 - 5 years Experience in purchasing with reputed organizationSound Knowledge on Purchasing Process for both in-direct materials & services  (Local & Imports)  & Vendor development processExpertise & knowledge on Cost analysis at item and Raw Material levelsNegotiation skills and techniques to drive materials cost reductionTechnical know-how on products/commodities & manufacturing processesGood Exposure to supply base in IndiaExperience in Corporate & IT purchasing

Proven ability to work in Global Purchasing EnvironmentFluent English , other Regional/International Languages added advantageFamiliar with ERP tools such as MS Dynamics Navision / Oracle etcWilling to travel domestic/ International based on business needStrong commercial acumenStrong knowledge on MS Office ( MS excel, MS Power Point )Evaluate and interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsPossess strong knowledge of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, casting, forging, sheet metal, injection molding) to assess supplier capabilities and ensure sourcing feasibilityUtilize CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) to analyze part models, assess manufacturability, and cross-check component details against drawing requirements
