Job Summary

The procurement specialist is is responsible to execute transaction part of buying with the guidance/request from relevant stakeholders and need to work closely with buyer/supply chain/finance/Sites to support IFF operation and revenue growth in Japan Gotemba plant.

Responsibilities:

Manage IM&S relevant procurement activities.Contract, Outline agreement and Spot Purchase Order set up in different systems.Agreement, PO confirmation and filingSupplier interaction and follow upPayment term verification and other Exceptional Notice resolution coordinationVendor master set up and review coordinationNon-essential material/service purchasingIdentifies and drives continuous improvement in the buy and in the contractual relationship with suppliers. Work collaboratively with other sourcing colleagues to develop and share best practices and procurement process improvements.
